I have emailed the Webmaster ages ago about this, because I think it's just a mistake. If its a bootleg I certainly have never come across it. I was at the opening night in Plymouth of that production and the closing night in Darlington 18 months later and many venues and performances in between and I never came across this on bootleg or official or anything, nor have I ever come across it since.
