Hi Noel. The CD does exist, and it is a bootleg. I don't know from which venue it was recorded. I've seen it for sale on a Chess web site and it was also listed amongst a number of Chess bootlegs from a Dutch trader I used to be in touch with. I didn't buy a copy so can't comment on its quality.
